Great rundown on the unprincipled Mitt Romney. How he sucks up to people like Trump, curried his favor for support in the past then turns on those people or positions he stated he supported. I get that many of us and even Trump have changed on positions over time but when coupled with timing those changes lead one to the conclusion it is not principle but rather political expediency.

Not sure it will work out that way. Maybe he believes he is sticking it to Trump, but he is not, he is sticking it to the win the senate efforts. BTW, those efforts will diminish Romneys personal power in DC if republicans can elect a larger majority... He may not want that to happen...

I doubt will have much difficulty winning re-election in Utah. He’s a Mormon, and favorite son. Utah has always been on the fringes of the GOP, doing what they do. As long as Romney toes that line, he’ll be fine.

Impeached, accused, indicted, and other synonyms all mean a similar thing. The dems have, as I lamented earlier have reduced the meaning to to nothing.

It literally means the democrat controlled house accused him of something. Acquitted means they were wrong. No more no less
