Gawker is shutting down today. The website is currently a bunch of self-aggrandizing articles about how great they thought they were, and a lot of whining about being shut down.

Other sites are writing their eulogies... but mysteriously leaving out all the victims of Gawker's bad ethics... the people they preyed on for clicks. That's just more bad journalism.

I'm going to crack open my Lagavulin Distiller's Edition for another dram to celebrate these awful people meeting their end at the hands of the people that fought for ethics. Also Hulk Hogan.

Gawker was like any bully, they could dish it out but whined like a ***** when they were hit back.
