    ^Totally agree about firearm safety is an all time thing.

    And it is of my belief that sometimes, having an indirect example is also effective as some people aren't receptive to criticism when told about having his finger inside the trigger guard while clearing a malfunction.

    I want this sport to grow and still put safety as of utmost importance as competitors tends to game and set aside the safety. Hence this reminder that this is not a place to be complacent.

    I share you hope about the future of the sport. The video can be a good thing or a bad thing, just like a gun. it depends on who is involved and what the intention is. It can been a teaching tool for certain. I did not mean for my comments previously to be critical. I have seen in my professional life many times when people think a short video watched has the same impact of writing it in stone. That is false. That was my point and I may have been less than clear. My mind is going in a 1000 directions this morning and focus is an issue.
