    I was assuming a right hander, and I was looking at the left thumb crossing the gun.
    You know, possible railroad tracks.

    So, I posted about a possible correction, trying to be nice about it.


    As I hit send, I realized it was a lefty. And both thumbs WERE on the same side.
    So, the girl is shooting perfectly fine. I was just not observant. My problem, NOT hers.

    My kid is only 3, so were working on the basics. He has 2 rifles and 1 pistol. He can ask to see his pistol anytime as long as we go over and practice the gun safety rules when Daddy, Mommy, and/or Grandpa supervise.

    I was taking my nephew out to plink some pop cans when my son asked if he could shoot too "because I'm a little bit more responsible." My 3 year old took his first shots today. He even asked to come back out and shoot 5 more after dinner. Everyone was quite happy.
