I'm going to really show my lack of gun knowledge or terminology here but what is a steel demo? (This is probably pageantry to not know what that is lol)

We are going to be shooting some AR500 steel targets!! If you haven't had a chance to shoot our steel, you've gotta come out!! It's gonna be so much fun!
