    No contest, Victorinox is king.

I've had my Swisstool for around 12 years, and the thing is amazing.

Also, who needs replaceable wire cutters, I work in the utility industry, and I cut tons of carbon steel meter base seals, and my cutters have held up fine.

I guess some people try to use their small folding pliers as if they were full size bolt cutters.

I also work in the utility industry, my Victorinox have held up great. I stopped carrying them a few years ago because I didn't want to loose them. The cutters held up fine cutting tracer wire, even the steel core stuff.
I started carrying the leathermans as a replacement. They do the job, but even cutting copper wire I have to hit the wire cutters with a file every so often.

With my early Leatherman tools, I tried to cut old school wire hangers and it rolled the edges pretty badly. Same with older Gerbers. Currently available wire hangers are like butter by comparison, but they serve no useful purpose other than to hang clothing, so there is no need to cut them!
