Leaving Indy, Where to go?

I fled Indy in '99. Moved to N.W. Hancock County and have liked living here until about a year ago. The housing additions are popping up in every other ag field and traffic is getting unbearable. Add on Industrial expansion to the south, just north of Greenfield, and it'll be like living back in Indy in no time.
I retire in a year and a half, and I think I'm Tennesee bound. With the current state off affairs, it's probably best to remove my old, expired ass from society anyway.
To summarize, not NW Hancock County and I could use a solid neighbor in Ten Mile TN. lol

I live in the only county in Indiana that doesn’t have a stop light. No fast food either, Over half the roads are still dirt.
