Just curious. As a trump supporter have you ever seen a poll that wasn't flawed?:stickpoke:

Oh and I meant to put a :-) on my ban post anyway.

At one point I worked for a company that did market research as part of our offerings. I was also working for a not-for-profit at the time as well. We were doing a poll at the end of our event, and one of the ladies that worked in the Market Research area was kind enough to help us out on her own time. What I found out from her, was that every poll has flaws, and you can tailor a poll to get the results that you want if you really like. When doing market research though you are trying to limit those flaws. So finding a poll that is without a flaw is difficult to impossible. A lot of it comes down to word choice and the understanding of what you are trying to ask with the questions.

This was also re-enforced with me by a scientist friend of mine. He does a talk about weird science, and talks about polling methods and how they can have bad questions.

Rush has reviewed polls on many occasions and read the actual questions that got the results the pollster wanted.

Polling is a science of deception. I never waste a grain of salt on polls.

Maybe it's just on a time out it was getting a little heated in there. This of course is if we are talking about the same thread.

    So...
If you say to back off and I give you the finger, it doesn't work out well?

    Weird.
