Looks Remmy from here...no safety on the back of the reciever, but it is there on the trigger guard.

Could be a Maverick 88, basically a Mossy 500 with a triggerguard safety...

But the pin layout and stock checking definitely marks it as Remington to me.

I think you did an outstanding job with the paint on that. Very unique and not at all junky or cheap looking. I would be glad to go chase 'yotes with that fine weapon.

First foray into long guns

This was a gift from my fiance (aka Midge here on INGO)- Savage Mk II in .22LR. She gave me the rifle last night, and I picked up the scope at Bass Pro Shop today...

Picked 'er up recently as well as the forend and stock, with a crate of magazines and enough ammunition to last me for as long as I can think of.

Started out as a base model PTR91 classic. (Black GI series with lightweight barrel.)

Yea, had to throw some other things in there as well... It fits too nicely.

Oh I do love the 1917 tripod.. The only thing wrong with them is each day they want you to bring a water cooled home to play with them.. Is that 30.06, 8mm or 7.62?????? and what booster is on it????

SCAR 16 SBR.

Removed factory front and rear irons and added Troy micros. Currently has a Magpul Miad and a YHM QD FH. On the way are Branham rails and a VLTOR handguard. I'll keep whichever i like better.
