200 yards-fal
Battle proven, cheap mags, gas piston. lots of parts availability. If your range is the 200-400 yard mark look for a dsa. I also own a dpms 308 that is also a sweet gun but I havent had it out much yet. Adams arms is supposed to be coming out w a piston set up for the ar-10 type of rifles so I am waiting for that.The mags for the fal are interchangeablt w the rra 308's. Lots of good options out there...Like turn and shoot said above armalite lost the mag war so they can jump in the lake. DPms or dsa you cant go wrong..
