$30.00 may be absurd to you....but $15.00 to me is absurd. Run your own gun store, know the in's and outs, and all the possible scenarios that can arise during any transfer, then you may, just may, then actually understand why $30.00 is what it is. If you like $15.00 transfers by all means go for it.

Sill absurd when others are charging $15.
