Dusting off my map interpreting skills, that one looks as though it might fall down anywhere it might be over, and more likely so in the latitudes where it spends its most time. I know, I know, when the scientists say it, you should spend prison time if you don't agree.

Actually, they know its position to within a couple of meters at worst, and can use some of those fancy second order linear differential equations, corrected for WGS84 to calculate the impact zone to within a SWAG.
