Any updates on metal detectors? We'll be attending the Monster Jam in February and wondering how I should approach this.

They have been using metal detectors at every large event.

Went to a supercross race a couple years ago. Pretty sure they just wanted me and did a poor job at that. I usually carry and kinda scope out the situation. If it looks like they are doing a good job I will turn back for the car but often times you’ll find you can get in with no problem just flash them your belt buckle. All they can do is turn you away and I gladly would if confronted. Too many times I’ve seen them do a very poor job of searching or wanding people that it would be easy for a bad guy with a gun to slip by. Those are the kind of places the bad guys would look for
