H e sold the other one.

That's one on my wish list. The gun itself doesn't have to have historical value; it is what it represents that has the cool factor for me.

Completely agree with this. Collector's drive me nuts sometimes with how persnickety they are about silly details. I hear people emphatically insisting that refinishing a stock or re-bluing the metal for a gun "kills the collector value". While this may be strictly true - I think collector's value is hogwash.

In WW2, Korea, and Vietnam it was criticized for lack of stopping power. Range toy? I would but not rely on it for primary defense weapon.

Prima facie evidence of the staying power of silly myths - particularly in the military. This has been debunked so often and by so many. SMH
