Yes, cause everyone parks on the property that they are visiting and has a driveway at home so they are never out of their car on public property.
Everyone in the General Assembly, and that is the problem.

Then if you dont own a vehicle to put your gun in.Should you even be allowed to purchase a gun? Whats your in put on only owning a scooter and purchasing a gun?Because it is a misdemeanor to be out of your vehicle with your new pistol and no LTCH.

I told them. I told them when I used to walk to work and then to the gun shop downtown Lafayette and then walk back home.
Lots of people in this state do not driver everywhere. People still walk, take a bus, ride a bike, etc.
Fish cannot see water; the General Assembly cannot see motor vehicle.
Kirk it just hit me that you actually testified before our Indiana Legislators.
I did not. I would have loved the opportunity.
Perhaps I should have hidden everyone's keys so they would have to use the bus?
The Indiana General Assembly and Legislative Services Agency.
Hum is that not our legislators?

you need LTCH to open carry in Indiana.........it don't have to be on your hip to be OC.......read the laws...
The pistol around his neck.
Handgun=>
IC 35-47-1-6
"Handgun"
Sec. 6. "Handgun" means any firearm:
(1) designed or adapted so as to be aimed and fired from one (1) hand, regardless of barrel length; or
(2) any firearm with:
(A) a barrel less than sixteen (16) inches in length; or
(B) an overall length of less than twenty-six (26) inches.
Those goofball Draco AKs fall within The Jeremy Doctrine.

Was it a Draco?
Thanks, smarty. As it was stated earlier, you need an LTCH to carry at all on public property (other than a few exceptions). OC has nothing to do with it. He'd be in just as much trouble if he CC'd, provided he got caught.
That is a Draco. It's an AK that started life as a handgun. There is no way to add a butstock to it unless you do some serious modifications and then you are going the route of a SBR so you need a tax stamp and some OK from the ATF first.
