I know what a Draco is! I was asking if that is what the guy had on a sling " around his neck like a pendant on a necklace" .

The guy that got arrested did post in the comments of the news article the OP linked to. Not sure if he stated what type of gun it was.

Draco would seem to be a fair assumption.

Also, perhaps of similar note is the removal of the words "except in the person's dwelling" from the code.

"Dwelling" included the place you were renting and sleeping that night, fixed or temporary, which included places like your hotel room and your tent.

Gone with nary a whimper.

Now you can only do that without a license if you have the consent "owner, renter, lessor, or person who legally controls the property"
