Here is my final (I hope) Bi-pod mount. First I went to Lowes and bought these:

Then I drilled a hole here:

Insert furniture nut here and screw with sleeve:

And now I am ready for paint... again...

I think it's finally done all that is left is to shoot it and try to sight it in at the longest range possible. I have kept my spending under 350 dollars including the gun. I'll probably post up exactly what it cost after I do the math but it should be under the 350.

I have posted tips on my Accurizing the Mosin Nagant Rifle thread... Trigger polishing and shimming is quick and easy. OR you can go the Timney route and never look back. Keep us up to date on your progress.

Yes I am familiar with you thread good stuff in there Sir! Probably won't do the Timney at the moment but we'll see. I may do another build but it will be with "higher quality" parts.
