Most Accurate Rifle Out of the box

It's really tough to attribute out of the box accuracy to just the rifle, at least for centerfire calibers. A few boxes of finding the ammo a rifle "likes"-- or in load development-- can transform a dud.

So asking about the rifle without considering the ammo is sort of only talking about half the picture.

Rimfire....Winchester 52C and 52D for me...22LR of course and the originals not the remans they made in the 90's...I'm partial.

Centerfire...Remington 700 PSS in 308 with the 40X trigger.
