Wow, the dude literally drives around until he sees a cop he can taunt.

Here he is doing a wheelie after being chased for several minutes(cop is on the far right, you just can't see his lights on)...He had to slow down for the cop(s) to catch up, so he could taunt them some more.

I honestly don't understand why cops bother. Your squad car has a radio, which is the only thing you have besides bullets that are going to catch the motorcyclist.
