I would bet just about anything that it is...I was actually looking for that video when you posted it.

I've been looking, but I've found nothing that says he's dead...I've also read that he's been "exposed," but I can't find anything on it other than hearsay.

(Anyone is more than welcome to point me to a link proving his identity)

Comparing the 2 videos, it does appear to be the same rider.

Agreed! I get so tired of seeing that happen. I couldnt care less about the perp but the innocent bystanders always pay!

Not sure if it is an urban myth kind of thing or not, but I always heard more accidents are caused by old people driving too slow in the left lane...

Could be true.
You gotta have enough common sense to slow down and pass em though. If a person is that wreckless with a car doing 70-80mph, just think if they have a firearm.
I wouldn't want to ride shotgun with em.
