    I'm still trying to migrate over to Ubuntu Server....but I don't trust my knowledge enough just yet.

    Won't work. All you have to do is make a torrent of it and put it out there and they can go fly a kite. That's what's so great about open source ware. Anyone who can code can do it and avoid any government edict. Many, if not most, of the torrent sites are moving offshore where the feds can't get at them.
