I did take this out and shoot it Friday. I thought I might get lucky and not have to do much more but no such luck.

So far I spent 4 hours getting a rough assembly together. Between last night and this morning I have spent another 7- 8 hours on this for a total of 12 hours.

I should have my "real" grips by Tuesday but I expect this to be 99.9% done on the next range trip.

I did a bunch more fitting and some polishing and paint and here it is.

Just got back from the range. The 357 Sig setup is flawless. I had a issue with the 40 not sliding 100% into the chamber. More polish or strong recoil spring I guess. Both barrels were dead accurate though.

Okay...that's pretty impressive. Now I want one in .357SIG!

Is that frame stainless or steel? If it's stainless, would polishing it give it enough 'finish' to look good (I am just partial to stainless pistols!) If I could get one in .357SIG, and make it look that good...I would get one!

It's a steel Frame. But Fusion does have stainless frames as well

Pretty cool. I didn't realize they sold them to you in a kit for you to assemble. Thanks for sharing!

Bob (Fusion) will do it any way you like. I loved dealing with him. You want him to build it, he'll do a superb job. Want a kit to put together yourself, no problem. Two cals? Sure. Want a commander slide/barrel in one cal and a longslide in another, ok.
