If you already have the lower why don't you just fill out the paperwork now and send it in? Don't instal the stock, buy the upper, make it a pistol, then when your stamp shows up, remove pistol buffer, add stock.

This way you have a fun gun to shoot while waiting for your tax stamp.

i don't have the lower. I bought it and Andrew at Profire Arms is holding it till I'm of age to fill out the 4473 to take possession of it.(since its a stripped lower you must be 21) Im doing the Noveske SBR program. You send them a complete Noveske lower and buy an upper from them and they will make it a Factory SBR. They keep it until the forms clear.

Ah ok, didn't realize that the lower wasn't private purchase. I know the Noveske SBR program, I just don't think I'd have the patience for it :)

jw... but if they ended it in early september, how are you in on it? was it one of those things where you asked about it and they said yeah and then they stopped so they are still gonna honor their agreement to do yours?

Either way, looks good. Planning on any rails or anything on that baby? or is it gonna be a KISS

Yes pretty much how you put it, honoring it for me since I had already talked to them.

I plan on adding quadrails at a later date. Not sure which one or length on it but I have some time to think about it.
