Sometimes an Emerson LaGriffe, but most days a Spydie Tasman Salt. Some days, when I can find the sheath, an Izula.

Sure wish I'd bought one of those when Michael was charging $65. Have you seen what one of those is getting on eBay recently. Kinda sucks the oxygen outta the room.

I like the neck knife for 2 reasons; extra pocket/belt real estate and ambidextrous access. I have a constant battle for pocket and belt space. My preference for 4"+ carry knives is not new, but my EDC gets out of hand. Samsung Note 4 in an Otterbox on the left G26 or Xdm 45 IWB on the right, wallet, keys, smokes, lighter, Gerber EAB for a throw away edge, pocket light, and various other bits. A small fanny/belt pack would be a perfect way to have a grab and go carry system but I'm still too vain for that. The neck knife allows me to carry a concealed blade that is readily accessible at a moment's notice.
