    In the country, hopefully.
I'd like to see it proven by a non bias person with a lot of money who could afford it ;)
I wonder how many companies would send their rifles to be tested? I also wonder if a ammunition manufacturer would be willing to supply the ammunition for that test. It would be a great way to advertise.

IMO any “failure” in 5000 rounds is going to be a one off thing, whether it’s ammo, a weak spring, something made on a Friday at 3 o’clock, and not representative of a whole brand.
Reliability is only one measure, weight has been mentioned, fit and finish is another, parts commonality is another albeit more rare. And any one person can choose any factors and make their own judgement to fit them.

I don’t think I’m taking this as serious as some here.

All I care about is reliability and accuracy. The rest is not important in a life or death situation.
Let's hope you don't need 5k rounds to survive :):

Weight could very well be an important aspect in life or death. Physical fitness could overcome the added weight barrier but weight is still a concern.

8oz isn't going to make much of a difference. Now a few lbs would. However, I don't see a Mil Spec 16" AR-15 carbine weight bring much different than another.

This one is much more comprehensive and I think a better fit from arfcom.

These are just dumb. Do we rate Ford as a company on the fiesta or the GT?

Ok so where does BCM upper and furniture with JP parts but on an 80 lower put this on the chart?
    This is getting confusing.
Asking for a friend of course.

It definitely swings it to citizen hard.

Where is the "Outlaw Biker" axis and the "Fed Black Ops" axis?
And the "Thin Blue Line" and the "No Quarter Given" axis?
How messy can we make this?

    Also, lighten up, Francises.
