i've yet to find a range that will allow rental of a pps or a 709slim.

hell. i cant even think of any ranges that rent guns either, but then again im new to the Fort.

You need to talk to 'Sporter' on this site, he has a story about a Taurus you need to hear before you go spending money on something you're gonna bet your life on.

thats what i was thinkin... although for 50-100 more I can have a PPS which is much thinner.

Maybe small issues of reliability (previous models). But damn more concealable on a tiny guy?

i have the 709 and a glock 26. i prefer the glock hands down, but the 709 can fit in my pocket, which comes in handy.
