I look forward to Tinseltown's take on them damned Ultra MAGA Republicans trying to destroy "muh democracy". Remember, they're worse than regular MAGA, Extra MAGA or Super MAGA. It's getting real out there.

It’s been advertised heavy on Clay and Buck. Not reaching out to the lefties there.

I thought it was pretty cool. Definitely a photojourno road trip movie and not primarily a war movie. More cynical edge towards the profession than I expected.

Nick Offerman was barely in the movie. It was actually frustrating how much information was withheld about his character and the backstory of the war. By the time the movie starts, all that's really clear is that the coalition of separatist states (who are implied to likely fight each other later) have encircled DC and the president is in a Downfall type situation.

Third act is the journos along for the ride in the final assault on DC, which is a serious vibe and probably the highlight of the whole movie. More than a little Modern Warfare 2 DNA in there.
