    Alright, my sarcasm, and attempted humor fell flat, so I'm going to change course here.

    what kind of laws are there governing the use of non-lethal loads like this, or rubber bullets, etc.? Are they readily available to the general public? Any LEO's with experience with the effects of these loads?

    No, I'm not planning on carrying this way, I'm just curious. Also, 500 views and 20 posts is a sad life for a thread.
