Yes .It has been almost 2 years since I sent in an appeal and a upin request still no response. The NICS website no longer has the month and year they are working on so I have zero hope it will be over soon. Last time the date was on the site it said appeals from Jan. Of 2016 were being worked on .I sent mine in Sept. 2016

I believe it started in 2012. Not planning on getting a divorce myself so I hope to not find out, but I’ve heard it from a few people, Tim (MAC) being one of the people I’ve heard it from
