basically marco polo is an app for the phone that sends a VIDEO text message between you amd your contacts. the videos are very short under 10sec.

u like snapchat your videos are saved so you can have a running conversation with someone.

short summary its for thw lazy a$$ milleniuals that cant be bothered with typing out a text since they are always taking selfies of themselves. so in between taking selfies they can keep that camera pointed at them, ie me, and send u a video to talk cause typing is so 2000s.
