That's right boys and girls, I want to see your custom work. The bigger the better. I view firearms as one of the most personal things one can own, modify it and make it your own and it's something really special. Just make sure you show your work.

This beauty started it's life as a plain Jane S&W model 58. It has a new barrel and cylinder in 45 acp, the frame has been modified to accept K-frame round butt grips, the trigger serrations removed, action job, and wide hammer.

I'll get some better pictures soon, but you get the point.
So, post em up folks. Handguns, rifles, shotguns, let's see them.
And remember what our math teachers always said and show your work! Tell us what you did or had done.

Here is a 10/22 I just did. Reworked the stock, glass bedded and a new barrel with other upgrades. If a mall ninja could bring himself to use a .22lr this is what he would use. :D

It's called a butt hook. You put your off hand there for support. I use the space between my thumb and index finger pointed toward myself to hold the stock steady. It actually feels quite natural while shooting.

Well this is my 10/22 the only thing that is Ruger is most of the action, and the magazine. E.R. Shaw barrel that i had threaded at work, Arch Angle stock, had to machine the bi-pod to fit the stock. Nothing crazy, but i like it.

So what all is involved in doing a complete pistol dehorn and shine job? I have a GP100 that would look great like that.

I thought you would never ask! Below is all stuff for converting Mosins. The first 2 pictures are of the same rifle with the scope mount I made that can be mounted as a regular scope mount or a scout mount. The five Mosins pictured don't look exactly the same now, they are all a work in progress as I come up with new ideas. Flash hiders, bolt handles and steel scope mounts now have a black oxide finish.

Wow, them are some tricked out mosins. Those pistol grips look neat too.

Thanks...they are a work in progress, but I have to admit I am running out of ideas. Not much more I can do with the barreled receivers. So I have a couple of ideas for the stocks.
They all have been shot a couple of times this year, needed to try out my work.
