Just cooked up some Canadian bacon. First I've had since I was a kid, not as good as I remember or I got some bunk bacon

It was my fault. Being from Indiana and not liking bacon is kinda sacrilegious to some. Doesnt bother me, means more for everyone else.

I had an uncle that used to get that stuff on his pizza

I like it one way, on an egg McMuffin.

Don't get me wrong. I like sausage almost as much. In fact I think sausage is more versatile. I can have sausage gravy for breakfast then have some Italian sausage with my spaghetti for supper.

Only way I can do bacon is if its almost burnt and very crunchy. If its floppy, in any way, I'm out. Never acquired the taste for it.

cut down some skid wood and screwed 13 of them together to make some flags, they look pretty good I think
