So I shouldn't be opening my beer with my 1911?:dunno:

It's all good in Indiana....and even in Ohio the first beer would probably be fine....likely the second depending on how fast you drink...maybe a third and fourth...and fifth if you aren't a lightweight.

Wow, you can really put it away if you can drink a fifth and not be drunk.

Ohio passed a law that said you couldn't possess a firearm while intoxicated. Wife calls the cops on a domestic, but tells the cops there's no problem when they get there. She lets the cops in, def. walks into the room with an unloaded shotgun and 3 sheets....

Per the COA article that you posted, she did not call on a domestic. She called and stated that he husband was drunk and had a firearm.

    Around 4:00 a.m. on February 17, 2018, a deputy and a sergeant from the

Clermont County Sheriff's Office were dispatched to appellant's home following the 9-1-1

call of his wife reporting that appellant was in possession of a firearm and intoxicated.

    Dispatch: "911, what's your emergency?"

Wife: "My husband is drunk and waving a gun around."

Dispatch: "Is there anyone else there?"

    Wife: "No, just me."

Dispatch: "We'll send someone right over."

Dispatch: "Adam 12, respond to call at XXX, husband and wife, husband drunk waving around firearm...but it's not a domestic."

Adam 12: "So why did the wife call?"

Dispatch: "She absolutely did not feel like she was in danger, but she was aware of the state law against being intoxicated in possession of a firearm and wanted to be a good citizen."

Adam 12: "Got it....third one today."

You probably wouldn't be surprised at how many "good citizens" call in for non-crimes...
