Everything went well at the vet. Ruthie didn't care much for having her anal glands expressed, but she did really well. She's good to go for another year. $407.59.

Well, 6 months of the flea/tick/heartworm (Simparica Trio). We only give it to her May thru October.
Off to lunch. Just going to The Corner Bar. Kinda got a hankerin' for a breaded tenderloin.
We were not shown prices. They had four entree options, 2 salad choices and 4 dessert options. Bottles of wine were provided and cocktails were whatever we wanted. It wasn't a cheap outing, but was probably less than the spa day we've done the past few years. If we hit our goal this year, we are all going to Florida in the spring for four days...all expenses paid. I really do love my job. We work hard but he shows his gratitude and acknowledges it.
Back from lunch. Now it's nap time. Tried calling Susan before I left and just now after I got home, but no answer. She's probably napping too.
