    Occupied
    Just doing a drive-by.
Got home early enough to cast two more blanks before the rain comes for the next couple days. Rain causes issues that require more prep and curing.

Cast a graphite, white, and orange. My favorite from today.
Then a pine green, olive green, and bronze.
See what they look like tomorrow. They're simmering at the moment.

    Not far from the tree
    That's how it feels.
If there was a "pulling hair out" smiley, I might have gone with that one.

23 and 25; they know this stuff. And they are both students, so they will get most of what Fed taxes they paid returned by direct deposit into their accounts, quickly.
It's almost like they don't wanna be grown ups.

What do I do? Quit loving them? Or tough love them half way to homelessness. Let them find out what it is like to pay a late penalty?
    :runaway:
Do not protect them from their own laziness and incompetence. The lesson needs to sting in order for it to stick. They will never change if it never hurts. Don't die with them expecting you to save them.

    100% correct!
You just reflected the other side of my brain.
I felt more like venting than assessing the nature of all this at that time, earlier today.
With the elder scab, the problems are looking up but we're still with much to do.
Younger scab has things ready, at last.
    One down. One to go.

Ugh. I'm fussing with Xfinity issues. My remote voice control stopped working. Replaced the batteries and that didn't help. Went into the app and the "assistant" couldn't help. System reboot didn't fix it either. Looks like I'll need to go to the Xfinity store and get a new remote. :xmad: All the other functions are working except for voice control.

All I wanted to do was watch the next episode of Halo. Finally got to the last episode I watched and fastforwarded through it and now the next episode is getting ready to start. What a PITA.
