PA. Restaurant bans all kids under 6

How sad that it is so common nowadays for folks with children to NOT know that "parent" is not just a noun--it is ALSO a verb. Can't say I disagree with the business owner on this one, as I have had way too many meals ruined by demon spawn children way out of control of pathetic parents.

As non-PC as it would be, I'd dearly LOVE to see signs posted at all the local restaurants saying something like "Parents of unruly and obnoxious children will be asked to take their children and leave. Immediately." I wonder how long it would take for the hint to sink in if actually enforced????

Seems like a logical way to attract adults that enjoy a quiet meal. It is unfortunate that it has come to this in our society. When I was a kid, a stern look from dad was all it took to plant my but and shut my mouth. My son is no different, but it seems that he is not the norm where kids are concerned.

how about "obnoxious and unruly patrons will be asked to leave. Parents will follow their children." as an alternative?
