    I have to wonder what would happen if you put a slice of pineapple on a McRib?

    I mean, I bet it would work with the sauce...

    A waste of perfect pineapple. If you are gonna ruin it by cooking it, start with cheap canned crap.

    And will leave blubbery spots under it.
    I can't find a pic, but mine don't get blubbery spots under the pineapple. I use some of the juice from the canned pineapple and mix it with brown sugar and a little cinnamon, along with the glaze pack that comes with a spiral ham.

    I smoke and glaze it on the grill and the pineapples on the ham get a candied coating, and curl outward, away from the ham. So the glaze gets drizzled on and flows under the pineapple slices. :drool:
