Had a feinf once who was a pro nitro drag racer who was afraid of heights. He almost passed out in a glass elevator at Niagara Falls. Strpped toa nitro burning motor going 300 miles per hour = thrill, glass sight seeing elevator= negative physical feedback response. People.. go figure

That's almost me, except I don't pass out. I believe the fastest I've ever been in a car was 160 in a 1980 Malibu with a built 383. We were racing a blown 'Stang and were winning when the reds and blues showed up in the night.

We killed the lights, cut across the median, and booked it to our friend's house where we popped in a half-watched VHS movie in case the police showed up. They never did.

The kid we were racing decided to run, and was caught. :D

No more street racing for this kid though... gettin' too old. I told myself that when my eyesight started going, I'd stop, and recently I've noticed I've been having trouble focusing on distant objects for a few minutes after reading or working on the computer.

My reflexes are still awesome though! :D
