So if I'm on my bike and some A**hat decides to try and run me down with his truck, would that be justification to defend my life with deadly force? after all truck vs motorcycle usually = dead motorcyclist.

If the threat ended at the point of you getting by with your life, I would say no. Now if the situation was you stopped along wih the truck, as in the video, and he get's out with a gun then yea. (Duh I know)
