The charges are obviously politically motivated. Murder charges with all the available self defense video should be a "not guilty" verdict. If there is any real justice left.

The commiecrats cannot countenance resistance to their insurgency. If you're not sufficiently woke, and WITH them, then you must lay down and accept your execution. This is why they tried to arrange the murder of Kyle while he was in custody awaiting bail. When that failed and he made bail, the persecuting attorneys heaped on the extra charges. This is deprivation of rights under color of law (like the McCloskeys) because they cannot tolerate that their enemy ever win.
