Why don't we start holding a corrupt sort of election for naming new mods? The candidates could bribe us with ammo or AR parts to garner votes.
On a serious note, I'm glad to see lovemywoods as a moderator. I've never seen anything but good things from him, so I know he'll be a great addition to the team.

The implied goal above is to be a moderator and never have a bad thing said about you. That is a noble goal indeed.
I know it's also unattainable (seeing as how I've already received my first PM from an unhappy member...) but I'll try very hard to be patient and measured in my actions and words.
INGO is a wonderful community. I started when there were 350 people signed-up and have enjoyed watching it grow. I've met so many fine people who are now friends. And I plan on adding many more friends to the list!
Now I've got to get back to work or the boss man will think I'm goofing off just surfing the internet!
