    Now, I am on record as disapproving of eyesores, er, "lawn art" but I don't think shooting at it will help anything.:D

    They just got in the cars and left? No Vandalism or Criminal Mischief statute in Missouri? No note, "sorry we damaged your property"?

    Remember, "only the police are trained well enough to carry guns" is an utter croc.:laugh:

    Here's hoping that an ambitious lawyer sees this story and helps this guy out. I think a nice, big lawsuit would do wonders for those idiots in blue.

    I guess they thought it was just a REALLY patient alligator to be able to sit there that long without moving. And which basic safety rule did these guys break?

    If they damaged the alligator I think the officers owe him a new one.
