I wonder how many people here would know what is meant by 50 caliber in this case?

When I was in Field Artillery in the Army, they made us learn about the 5" 38 and the 5" 50 caliber guns, and their capabilities, along with the 16" (yes, it was that long ago). Just in case we ever needed to call or coordinate naval gunfire.

As someone with an MSE, and married to a teacher, I can truly say both are false.



I'm not a fan of memes that promote ignorance as a means to combat liberalism.

In this case, the evidence should just be the empty harness and maybe a blurry picture of a hoof that someone who knows someone who wasn't there claims to have possibly seen, but was willing to sign an affidavit.

Personally, I guess I can thank a teacher that I like capitalism (thanks Miss Brown!) ...and electronics, and math, and English, and history...

Probably on the coasts the bat**** crazy to sane ratio is much worse than in flyover country. But even there, most teachers are sane.

You have to admit though, that the ratio of great teachers to not great teachers is not high. There’s a reason average is only average. I’m just glad the average isn’t bat**** crazy. Yet.
