As far as a location, Callahan's in Elkhart sounds good.

Again, this is always just a suggestion. If the majority can't make it, we will try another time.

I just called Essenhaus and spoke with the Restaurant Mgr.
No issues with CC or OC
Dates and time slot available. (L=Lunch, D=Dinner)
November:
7 L
14 L&D
21 L
28 L&D

Private room cost is $50
Family style meal only no menu ordering.
$18.49 per person AYCE meal includes the following:
Fried Chicken
Tossed Salad
Mashed tators and gravy
Noodles
Baked Dressing
Corn or Green Beans
Drink
Pie.

$19.99 meal includes all of the above plus one extras meat
Extra meat choices
Ham
Roast Beef
Pulled pork
Baked steak (Like Swiss steak)

Time slots are subject to change so we need to make a decision soon if thats where the majority wants to go. Just remember that family style means passing the food bowls. It doesn’t bother me but if others have and Rona fears it might be an issue.

If Callahans is a choice I just talked with the Manager and she said they aren’t doing reservations but they would accommodate 20-30 people (10 max to a table). If Callahans is a choice I’ll to the the Board Members about getting the range next door for a couple hours.

I down for either place. We just need to make a decision ASAP!

As much as I like the Essenhaus, I'm going to have to side with you on this one.

Most of those dates and times are a no go for me. I work till noon on the 7th and 21st. The 14th is completely out.

Plus a different restaurant might open up more dates since we can add Sundays.

I just checked the calendar and didn’t see anything posted at the ERPC on any Saturday or Sunday in Nov.

I will ask to see if we can get a Saturday or Sunday for three hours. It has 10 (50 ft) lanes so we will have to rotate out shooters and range officers.

Update. Thanks to Glueman, this will be a Meet-n-shoot-eat. We have been granted access to an indoor range in Elkhart. There is a good restaurant really close by too.

Now we just need a date. The weekend of Nov 14th &15th work for everyone? Sat or Sunday. Sound off and let's get this planned.
