The Gofundme page will be open through Sunday morning, then arrangements will be made to get the donations to the family. Thank you to all those who have donated so far. If you would like to donate, and haven't yet had the chance, you have until Sunday to do so.

My family - particularly on my wife's side - has buried more than their fair share of children. I can empathize, at least in some small way, with what ATM is dealing with. I am so sorry for your loss, AM, and pray for peace and comfort for your family.

Still can't quite put together the right words to express our thanks, but your prayers, encouragement, sympathy and generosity are dearly appreciated.

I'll just leave this song here for now, our family has found it both comforting and uplifting in its childlike simplicity:

    God bless! :ingo:

Is there a cause we can donate money to in your son's name?

I think the Epilepsy Foundation would be an apt memorial donation, thank you. :yesway:

ETA my son's name: Brayden James Metsker
