    Not a precision rifle in terms of accuracy, but still pretty cool.
    This is an old Mosin I 'inherited' from my father in law. Pretty sure it sat under a bed for a number of years. I shortened the barrel, added a muzzle break, added a scope mount, and put in a new stock. Very pleasant to shoot, and capable of 1-3 MOA given the ammo. 20170812_011413014_iOS.jpg

    Took the M99A1 out with some tracer ammo on 1/2" AR500 at 500 yards. Had to stomp out a small brush fire. :rockwoot:

    1123171515.jpg sorry those little horns are in the way. try to get a better pic. but its a 1980's rem 700 action, Christiansen carbon barrel 26" in 7mm Rem Mag Varminter 3.0 suppressor, bell and carlson stock, with a Vortex PST 6-24 50mm FFp scope on it. Man it shoots. my best is a 3.3in group at 950yrds

    This happened today with the 455 at Atterbury off a cheap Caldwell bipod and a rolled up towel:

    That target is my own design with the rings being MOA @ 50y. So the 2 ring is 2 MOA @ 50Y. The Diamond/ center ring is 1 MOA at 50y, just a tiny bit over a half inch.

    Regular Federal GM Target .22LR. (Not the good stuff like UM22).
