Sure looks like it. Wonder what the justification for it is? I'm sure the reason is recoil reduction, but the justification to have it on there? LEO division?

flashlight body w/ bulb/guts removed and filled w/ lead. So not a light, just a weight shaped like a light (fits common holsters).

I think I heard a recent interview in which he said he's still reserve/auxiliary status or something like that.

Vogel had the light on at Area 5. Shot in Limited and there was a pow wow about the rules and he was allowed to do it. Nothing prohibits it was the decision I think.

Word is that with that it's within an ounce or 2 of tanfo or steel frame 2011.

I found the weight added to the slide to be the more interesting part...

(maybe he really wanted slide serrations and went for a bolt-on solution vs milling...)

Hard to imagine a pow wow over that. If it doesn't/can't emit light, how is it a flashlight? Probably people just mad they didn't think of it first.
