I dropped some ISRPA t-shirts off at the last gun show, gave them to Q.

Seems another shipment is in order.

Sorry, but I didn't leave the show with them. We have a mod who tends to abscond with shirts that belong to others, so maybe he has them. :dunno:

First off, I considered it an honor to be among the invitees. When I got the PM from esrice I have to admitt, I felt special......:): Thank you to the Rice's for putting on yet another sucessful shoot.

    Lessons learned:
    1. Hunting gloves are not good for rapid reloads! In my match up with Evan, I nearly dropped my magazine, I also caught and stopped myself from trying to catch it with my pistol hand, which would have pointed the muzzle directly at my opponent. Not a good thing.

    2. I need to double check myself when loading for a range day. I didnt bring enough 9mm, so my wife didn't shoot as much. If the weather had been warmer, she would have been mad at me. Again, not a good thing.

    3. Hotpocket's brownies are awesome

    4. Monkey squares can be made with imported, canned monkey, but fresh is better. :):

5: Cold weather does nothing to dampen the spirits of good people intent on sharing a good time with each other!

    THANK YOU ALL!

I'm sorry I missed the range day and the meet 'n greet.

I had to work most of the day. And I had to jump back into my bathroom remodel project :(

I have always wanted to try my luck at the dueling trees.

They're a surprising amount of fun and they seem to do a good job of illustrating deficiencies in your training and equipment. For example, those who used revolvers were at a marked disadvantage.

I've noticed that the tree does suck up quite a bit of ammo. Maybe I shouldn't miss so much? :dunno:

Alright, why on Earth was I not aware of this get together!

That said, that looked like a lot more fun than what I was doing at work on Saturday.

I sent up the Scuttersignal. It's not my fault you weren't watching the skies.
