    I heard a rumor that a snowy owl had been spotted at the Indianapolis Regional Airport aka Mount Comfort Airport. So I took a drive out there with my camera gear and sure enough there was one.

    Wow that's a great pic as well. Great looking owl. Ditto the others, thanks for sharing. Wish I were as efficient at hunting as I bet he is!!

    I've never seen one here in IND, but did see one years ago stream fishing up in Michigan not far across the state line.

    Beautiful predators and that's a very good picture.

    Neat pic's. I climbed a very large pine tree a few years ago. After I got settled to deer hunt from my position, I looked around and one of those little whit owls was setting next to me with his eyes closed. I thought it was awesome. So I get my camera out and snap a pic. The little thing heard the click of the camera and about killed himself trying to get away. It was funny. but, I hope he did not injurer himself in the process.
