Reminds me of the kid who continually gets up to pick yet another a fight immediately after getting his butt kicked, only to get humiliated one more time. Maybe the Dems think another defeat will make them look good?? Politically speaking, isn't this kind of stupid on their part? OK, let them. After all, who is gaining strength as a result of these battles? Isn't the truth about how American's feel about gun control and over-reaching government starting to show clearly?? This gun control crap is starting to get old, even for many democrats. They would be better off to just back off and let it cool off for a while. The more they beat the drum, the more it hurts them. Maybe they think this will divert attention from Benghazi? I still think Benghazi will come back to bite them big time.

I agree. IMHO, at the root of it all is they can't accept defeat. Now they're just grabbing at straws trying to get something done against guns. It's getting very old, they need to move on.
